Inclement Weather Cancellations Policy

Inclement weather class cancellation policy November to April. We understand from time to time that weather gets in the way of our travel to your facility or ours over the late fall and winter.

If you are scheduled to attend training in our classroom and significant snow event has been forecasted, we ask in the interest of your personal safety to please stay at home and off the roads if you aren't comfortable with driving to our classroom. We will reach out to clients to reschedule for another date the night before or contact you be telephone in the early morning hours to cancel and reschedule.

If we are scheduled to arrive at your facility for a training session we will contact you the day before to reschedule on a date that works for you.

There is never a charge for rescheduling, your personal safety comes first.
