Ergonomics Awareness
This course is available at our location and at our client's location.
There is a minimum class size of 6 and a maximum of 20 per session.
This half day course (4 hours) is offered on or offsite. The cost is $160 pp. Call us for group rates over 12 people.
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD's) are a leader in lost time injures at the WSIB in Ontario and abroad for many workplaces. In fact, the average cost to an employer from repetitive strain injuries was approximately $13830 per claim... Many tasks in a workplace invite MSD's and most of the time the signs are ignored, in many cases leading to a shortened earning potential for their career. This topic is exceptionally broad based and can be very complicated; we designed it as an awareness course, discussing challenges from YOUR workplace and offering suggestions in how to overcome them. We discuss common MSD's, their origins open dialogue for introducing safer work practices in all industries.
