Minimum course size is 6 and may be offered at our office or yours. There is no expiration date on this course. Cost is $250 pp with an introductory rate of $200 until March 27, 2025 and comes with a certificate of completion.

Upon successful completion of Leadership 101, the learner will:

  • Have better tools to use in assistance with manage conflict
  • Understand how emotional intelligence influences success and promotion
  • Demonstrate more effective means of communication in the workplace improving relations both personally and professionally
  • Gather skills to assist with time management and prioritization of competing tasks
  • Understand and implement some key elements of improving a workplace through use of Psychological Health and Safety
